The company is engaged in the production, processing and preservation of meat. It was incorporated in 1985 and transacts business from its registered head office located in Merida, Spain. The company's products include Iberica pork shoulders, Serrano ham and Extremaduran. Its Iberica pork shoulders are made from the foreleg of the Iberico pig. The Serrano ham undergoes a prolonged aging process in the silence of their aging cellars. Extremaduran is made from lean pork with spices made in meat processing butcher tradition. These products are provided and distributed to a wide range of customers within the domestic market.
